If you were there last year, then you’ll know just how AMAZING this really is! Enjoy wonderful sights and smells as you stroll around the stalls of Ireland’s largest food market. Waterford’s South Quays will once again be transformed into a giant market place. The mile long quayside will be filled with food stalls, craft producers, vintage farm machinery, threshing, Kidszone, street entertainment, music, pets corner, seated food courts and a celebration of Waterford’s favourite food – the Blaa! Throughout the day, watch mighty men and women compete in the National Sheaf Pitching Championships, or stroll back in time and witness authentic Viking life in Fado’s Viking Village. This is a lovely day out for all the family – arrive hungry!
