For anyone with even a passing interest in Irish seafood, Martin Shanahan needs no introduction. Of his popular Fishy Fishy Restaurant in Kinsale, his sister always says ‘arrive early and be prepared to queue or arrive late and be prepared to queue’ but, for seafood lovers, it’s more than worth it.

In his first TV series, Martin’s Mad About Fish, Martin was a man on a mission: to take the fear out of fish. After some fine sea shanties from Waterford’s own Hooks and Crooks, for this exciting demo Martin teams up with local chef, Shayne Curtin of Brunch Café, to cook up a fishy feast.
