About Fishy Friday

Fishy Friday is the day where you will find out everything you ever wanted to know about fish; their nutrients, the dangers that they face and what is being done to make the fishing industry sustainable while ensuring that generations of Irish fishermen can continue to provide delicious fresh fish daily.

On Friday evening you can enjoy a cookery demo by Martin Shanahan from the famous Fishy Fishy Restaurant in Kinsale.
