Did you know there was a French Catalan region with its own unique cusine? Non? Well come and experience French food ambassadors promoting the unique features of their region’s gastronomic heritage. In a series of three tasting sessions, Slow Food France bring us world famous Luque fresh olives, anchois & ham tartine (a Catalonian summer specilaity dish), Catalonian dry red or sweet white muscat wines and organic confitures and jams.
