About Taste it: Irish Cheese and Beer

Kevin Sheridan of Sheridan’s Cheesemongers will guide us through a tasting of Irish farmhouse cheeses and Artisan beers. Ireland has traditionally looked to the European tradition of matching cheeses with wines; however with the coming of age of Irish farmhouse cheese and the more recent renaissance in artisan brewing, it’s possible to enjoy a uniquely Irish experience.
