Slow Food Ireland in associating with the culinary school at wit presents a trio of demonstrations in Butchery, Dairy and Baking at WIT on Wednesday the 7th September. Hosted by Post Graduate Students from the School of Artisan Food in the UK.
Skills explored will include: Sausage making, terrine and pates, sour dough baking, patisserie, butter and cheese making.
