Known throughout the city for his kitchen magic and for heading some of Waterford’s Finest restaurants including The Ship in Dunmore East, O Gradys on the Cork Road and the original Chez K’s Paul Power is now the chef and owner of Moytura at The Riverside in Cross Co Mayo. We look forward to hear about Pauls new venture and to see him cook again in his home city.
